In 1996, Lloyd & Andrew started to build alliances with major Main Contractors, Managing Agents & Consultants and hence changed its profile from a small contractor to a medium size building construction and interior contractor.
Over the years, the company has kept busy and it's order books enviable compared to the market situation of the times. It has the advantage of a niche in the private and commercial sector; not only has loyal customers regularly return with jobs, they have even recommended new customers.
This was no doubt helped by the quality of service and goods produced by the company in its projects.
